Shipping & Returns

It is important the telephone number you register is accurate as we may call you to confirm your order prior to dispatch.

Australian Domestic Shipping (Clothing, Accessories & Footwear)

All orders over $100 can be shipped free using registered post for delivery within 5 business days (non-insurable). For orders less than $100 shipping is $9.99 registered post (also non-insurable). Next business day delivery can be purchased for $9.99 to all major capital cities. Delivery to rural areas may take up to 2-3 days. (Order must be received prior to 3pm EST to be delivered next day). Please note that insurance is not included with these delivery options. Insurance can be purchased for a flat rate of $10 for orders up to and including $200. A further $2.50 is then payable per $100 above the original $200. For example if you wish to insure an item worth $300 the insurance charge will be $12.50.

Please note that LAX accepts no liability for any loss or damage to goods while in transit. We will of course package your purchase with the upmost care. However due to factors beyond our control we recommend purchasing insurance on all purchases.

International Shipping (Clothing & Accessories)

International registered Air Mail is charged at a flat rate of $20 and will take 3-10 business days depending on the destination.

Express courier International is charged at a flat rate of $50 and will take 2 – 4 business days.

International Shipping (Footwear)

International registered Air Mail is charged at a flat rate of $40 and will take 3-10 business days depending on the destination.

Express courier International is charged at a flat rate of $80 and will take 2 – 4 business days.

Returns

General Terms & Requirements for Returns/Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority so please the following conditions carefully:

· Any item once purchased may be returned excluding underwear, swimwear.

· All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all tags attached – note: the garment may be tried on, however it may not be worn for an extended period.

· The specialty LAX tag must remain on the item otherwise it cannot be returned.

· A request for a refund or exchange must be made within 5 days of delivery.

· Once purchased, sale items cannot be returned.

Australian Return Policy

Any items ordered may be returned at the cost of the purchaser. To return an item please email customerservice@laxfashion.com.au indicating that you wish to do so along with the relevant details of your order. The items for return must be received by LAXfashion.com.au within 5 business days of the notification of return. Once the item is received by LAXfashion.com.au and is deemed to meet the General Terms & Requirements for Returns/Exchanges, a refund or exchange will be issued within 48 hours. Items which are not posted within the time frame will not be accepted and will result in the items being returned to the customer at a cost of $20.

International Return Policy

Items to be returned from outside Australia must be returned via registered air mail and must be authorised by LAXfashion.com.au via email to customerservice@laxfashion.com.au. All return freight charges must be covered by the purchaser. In the event of an exchange the LAXfashion.com.au will offer the purchaser 50% off the standard shipping charges to send the exchanged item. Items must be received no later than 10 days after the item for return or exchange is sent. Returns received outside this time frame will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. Once the item is received by LAXfashion.com.au and is deemed to meet the General Terms & Requirements for Returns/Exchanges, a refund or exchange will be issued within 5 business days.
